You can register yourself with ICAI for CA Final anytime after completing CA Intermediate. But you can appear for exams only during that particular time. Register as soon as possible because you will need time to prepare for your examinations and will need course study materials for the same. The CA exams are conducted in the month of May and November. Plan yourself to appear for the exam in such a way that you finish the course and preparation for your exams. You have to register and pay for your exam fee at the official website of ICAI.
